Option A – Sessional room hire
Available for hire in ½ day sessions, you can select how often you use 4 St. James’s Terrace. In this way your use of the room can be matched to your schedule.
Based on the selection of Service Level 2, this is charged at a rate of just £46.50 per ½ day. VAT is not charged.
Option B – Annual room hire
Within our opening hours you have exclusive access to the room, to use as much or as little as you choose. This arrangement is for a period of one year.
Based on the selection of Service Level 1, the rate for annual room hire is just £987.00 per month. VAT is not charged.
Alternatively, upon selection of Service Level 2, room rental is charged at a rate of £1,667.00 per month. Again, VAT is not charged.
Other arrangements are available by negotiation.
