At 4 St. James’s Terrace we make it easy for you to offer private consultations to your clients. We provide:
- An attractive, Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with four consulting rooms, all decorated, furnished and equipped to high standards.
- A central Nottingham location at the heart of the professional quarter.
- Complete flexibility – your own consulting or meeting rooms for use as and when you need them.
- A choice of two basic levels of service.
- A range of optional additional support services, including secretarial work, computerised note and record keeping with automated back-up, and payment taking, (see Additional services).

Monday – Friday
- First consultation begins – 8.00am
- Last consultation ends – 8.00pm
Weekends
Service Level 1
- A furnished room in 4 St. James’s Terrace.
- Full use of the staff room, client waiting room and toilets.
Service Level 2
As for Service Level 1, plus…
- Friendly, dynamic and efficient staff to manage your appointment book, answer your telephone calls, welcome your clients and handle your mail.
- Dedicated consulting room telephone line.
- High speed internet access from your consulting room.
- A link to your website from ours.
How Service Level 2 works…
Once you have booked a session at 4 St. James’s Terrace your clients are given our address, telephone number and website details. They are then free to make appointments directly with us and we manage your appointment diary for you.
On the day, you simply turn up and see your clients in private, comfortable surroundings, free from the pressures of managing your own consultation rooms.
